Installation:
The cost of installation is calculated separately.
But the cost of installation is fixed and clearly indicated in the specification
Payment
Payment methods:
- Payment by Visa and MasterCard.
- Payment via the Privat24 app to our company's current account.
- Cashless payment:
Goods are shipped only after 80% prepayment.

- Advance payment — 80% to the LLC account, since each order is individual production

Warranty terms for Casa Verdi doors and furniture
Term:
- 24 months from the date of transfer of the product to the buyer.
Coverage
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship:
- cracking or deformation of wood;
- malfunction of fittings installed by the manufacturer;
- defects in the coating/varnish (peeling, cracks, unnatural clouding).
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- mechanical damage (impacts, cuts, scratches);
- violation of installation, operation, or maintenance rules;
- exposure to excessive moisture, temperature changes, or direct sunlight;
- independent repairs or modifications.
What we do in case of a defect
Free repair or replacement of the defective part/product after diagnosis by the manufacturer.
